You'll be participating in small group classes using only your body weight or light-weight implements, like a PVC pipe. We'll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and make sure you feel comfortable with the movements. You'll get a great workout in too!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various adjustments to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, the coach will walk you through various aspects of CrossFit and nutrition and get you ready for your first class. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are familiar with the foundational movements we use, we will get you ready for your first CrossFit class and the full CrossFit experience!
